Project Description

The Natureís Apprentice Project brings together students, teachers, researchers, and community members to design and construct a video documentary and multimedia web presentation about lessons learned from nature.  It focuses on a nature preserve in Cave Creek and its resources--the plants and animals, their importance to people and culture, past and present and what they can teach us. The project uses a Sonoran desert ecosystem located near the school, but can serve as a guide for other schools around the country to learn from, document, and share, the natural resources in their area.
